Managed QS15 Conference + EXPO event for thousands of attendees at the Herbst Pavilion, Fort Mason Center. Responsibilities included creating the Sponsor Kit for the event, reviewing and managing the budget and being the lead production communicator for all of the sponsors for the event. In addition, managed all communication between the production team (e2k), the architects (The Living) the design team (MAD Studios) and QS Labs. Led all aspects of PR communication, hired personnel when necessary and overall produced a successful event that exceeded all desired goals.
